Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Minimum of 3 years food and beverage experience
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs with assistance
- Must be able to work in moderate to high noise levels
- Must be able to work outdoors under various weather conditions including heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather
- Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout peak seasons including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Participate in room set up including setting buffets, linens, china, glassware, flatware, and chafing dishes, and breakdown
- Serve and clear food and beverages quietly, professionally, and quickly using proper catering techniques
- Set up and serve bar banquet packages
- Report to Banquet Captain and Catering Manager for miscellaneous tasks
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests
- Answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner
- Understand and demonstrate proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies are upheld
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests
- Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere
- Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions
- Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
