Currently, Sendik's is looking to expand its team by hiring passionate individuals for the role of Catering Server. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and who values delivering outstanding service with genuine care. As a Catering Server, you will be integral to representing Sendik's culture and values by ensuring that every guest at private events enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. Working primarily at catered private events throughout the Milwaukee metro area, this position requires professionalism, attentiveness, and the ability to anticipate guests' needs. The Catering Server takes responsibility for timely, accurate service of food and beverages, maintaining clean and organized server stations, and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. This role also includes assisting with event setup and teardown, making it a versatile and dynamic position within the company.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in catering or serving roles
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Serve customers at private events while modeling Sendik's culture and providing best in class customer service
- Anticipate and attend to the needs and/or concerns of each guest in a prompt and caring manner
- Take and serve both food and beverages accurately and timely, ensuring that courses are cleared, utensils replenished and glasses filled
- Ensure that food delivery, course removal and drink replenishment is given the appropriate attention
- Maintain a complete knowledge of menu items and beverage selections for the guests
- Ensure that server stations remain clean and organized
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, operating and cleaning necessary equipment
- Assist in both setting up and tearing down event
- Perform other duties as assigned
