Job Requirements
- Ability to push and lift up to 25 pounds

- Previous experience in catering or food service beneficial
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Basic knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Reliable transportation to event venues

Job Duties
- Ensure all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event
- Be knowledgeable on all menu offerings
- Responsible for the setup and breakdown of the event at the stadium
- Establish rapport with guests and use suggestive and upselling techniques
- Determine guests' seating preferences and assist them
- Complete all event setup and breakdown responsibilities within provided timelines
- Perform post-event product inventory and restock as needed
- Create, modify, and close sales checks in point of sale
- Report any guest incidents to superiors
- Understand all event paperwork and reports
- Adhere to location appearance guidelines
- Maintain service areas
- Employ good safety and sanitation practices
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies
