Job Duties
- Generate new catering business for events such as office lunches, school functions, parties, and community gatherings
- Respond to catering inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Create catering proposals, menus, and pricing based on client needs
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and repeat customers
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure accurate order execution
- Manage and schedule staff for all events
- Manage event details including guest counts, delivery times, setup needs, and special requests
- Track sales activity and maintain organized catering records
- Meet or exceed catering sales goals
- Conduct post-event follow-ups to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Represent the restaurant at local events, tastings, and networking opportunities
