Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event management, catering sales, or hospitality operations
- strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset
- exceptional organizational and project management abilities with high attention to detail
- ability to thrive under pressure, adapt quickly, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful events

Job Duties
- Coordinate catering sales activities by supporting the sales team with proposals, contracts, and event documentation to ensure a smooth booking process
- serve as a point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, event details, and logistics to help deliver a positive client experience
- maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track leads and bookings, and prepare sales reports for leadership
- collaborate with operations, culinary, and event teams to communicate client needs and ensure successful execution of catering events
