Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid food handler permit
- Current and valid mixology permit
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for long durations
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass background and credit checks

Job Duties
- Ensure food prepared by the kitchen matches the food ordered on the suite receipt and catering contracts
- Assist suite attendants and caterers as needed with maintaining the cleanliness and delivery of food for all suite/catering locations
- Complete opening and closing duties assigned by the suites and catering manager or supervisor
- Adhere to company and state guidelines when pouring drinks
- Be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Support team by working as suite attendant, caterer, barback and/or bartender when necessary and/or scheduled
