We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team at DiBella's Subs. This pivotal role is tailored for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Catering Production Coordinator will be primarily responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of catering production to ensure flawless execution of events and adherence to the highest standards of quality. This full-time position offers daytime shifts from Tuesday through Saturday, providing a structured yet flexible work schedule.
In this role, you will prepare catering orders meticulously, making sure that each catering client receives an accurate and timely order. Beyond preparation, the responsibilities extend to delivery duties, follow-up communication with clients, account maintenance, and actively driving new catering business to the restaurant. Your ability to assist clients in placing catering orders and providing a seamless customer experience will be essential to the success of the catering program. Training will be provided to teach the nuances of our catering menu, sales procedures, and delivery requirements, so while prior experience with sandwich making is beneficial, a positive customer-focused attitude is paramount.
The role demands a candidate who enjoys customer interaction and possesses experience in customer service and hospitality. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to read and interpret company materials such as the crew handbook. Effective communication skills and the ability to multitask while balancing friendliness with efficiency are necessary to excel in this position.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- own vehicle with current registration and insurance
- ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and reach frequently during shifts
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work daytime shifts Tuesday through Saturday
- ability to read and interpret company documents
- strong interpersonal skills
