Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- own vehicle with current registration and insurance
- ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and reach frequently during shifts
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work daytime shifts Tuesday through Saturday
- ability to read and interpret company documents
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and hospitality
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently
- familiarity with catering production or foodservice environments preferred
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- knowledge of delivery protocols and customer interaction
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Coordinate and oversee catering production to ensure event success
- prepare accurate catering orders for clients
- deliver catering orders to clients as needed
- make follow-up calls to clients and conduct account maintenance
- assist clients with placing catering orders
- contribute to driving new catering business into the restaurant
- maintain compliance with company delivery and safety guidelines
