Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license
  • own vehicle with current registration and insurance
  • ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and reach frequently during shifts
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work daytime shifts Tuesday through Saturday
  • ability to read and interpret company documents
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and hospitality
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently
  • familiarity with catering production or foodservice environments preferred
  • valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • knowledge of delivery protocols and customer interaction
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee catering production to ensure event success
  • prepare accurate catering orders for clients
  • deliver catering orders to clients as needed
  • make follow-up calls to clients and conduct account maintenance
  • assist clients with placing catering orders
  • contribute to driving new catering business into the restaurant
  • maintain compliance with company delivery and safety guidelines
