Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Vehicle with current registration and insurance
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and reach frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capacity to read and interpret documents such as handbooks
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus while balancing friendliness and efficiency
  • Strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in hospitality or foodservice industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Effective communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Familiarity with catering menus and sales procedures preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of catering production ensuring flawless execution
  • Prepare and verify catering orders for accuracy
  • Deliver catering orders to clients following company delivery guidelines
  • Make follow-up calls to clients and maintain catering accounts
  • Assist clients with placing catering orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Help drive new catering business into the restaurant
  • Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers maintaining professionalism
