Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and reach frequently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to read and interpret documents such as handbooks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus while balancing friendliness and efficiency
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in hospitality or foodservice industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Effective communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with catering menus and sales procedures preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of catering production ensuring flawless execution
- Prepare and verify catering orders for accuracy
- Deliver catering orders to clients following company delivery guidelines
- Make follow-up calls to clients and maintain catering accounts
- Assist clients with placing catering orders and provide excellent customer service
- Help drive new catering business into the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers maintaining professionalism
