The manager will directly support a wide range of catering needs, including premium and special events, client functions, employee dining, and service for home and visiting teams, security staff, and broadcast crews.

The anticipated base salary for this full-time position ranges from $55,300 to $74,600 per year. In addition to the base salary, Delaware North offers an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The company provides extensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation, holidays, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and generous friends-and-family discounts across many company hotels and resorts. Delaware North values its team members’ personal and professional growth and offers unique career advancement paths within a global, family-owned business with over 100 years of history.
