The Catering Sales Manager position at Concord Hospitality offers an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about sales and event management within the hospitality sector. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $24 and requires a dynamic individual who can coordinate closely with multiple hotel departments to guarantee flawless event execution. Beyond sales, the role entails detailed event planning, preparing documents such as resumes and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and collaborating with internal teams to maximize revenue through upselling and innovative event enhancements. The Catering Sales Manager is also responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets, playing a critical role in sustaining the hotel’s profitability and reputation.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of catering sales management or restaurant dining sales experience
- experience with Delphi FDC preferred
- previous catering sales experience within the hotel industry strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Solicit, negotiate, and close group and catering business
- service all group events for the hotel, including resumes, BEOs, and detailed event information
- act as the primary contact throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases
- coordinate event logistics with hotel departments to ensure smooth execution
- maximize revenue through upselling and creative event enhancements
- meet or exceed monthly and quarterly group and catering revenue goals
- participate in site inspections and support the overall sales process
