Now, Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a full-time Catering Manager to join their energetic team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role is crucial in delivering memorable event experiences, overseeing high-impact catering and hospitality services within one of the most iconic stadiums in sports history. The Catering Manager will lead strategic event planning and execution, ensuring impeccable service quality and guest satisfaction across a wide range of catering events, from premium corporate functions to thrilling game-day celebrations.

Responsibilities of the Catering Manager include partnering with clients and coordinating with internal teams to tailor customized menus and event plans that exceed expectations. They will be directly involved in supervising staffing logistics, budgeting, and maintaining detailed event documentation, ensuring every function runs smoothly. Recruitment, coaching, and performance management form a central part of this role, with a focus on building and sustaining a high-performing catering team.

Offering an anticipated base salary between $74,600 and $93,900 annually, the role includes additional financial incentives such as an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years of catering management experience in an arena or other large venue required
  • experience in food preparation, inventory and cost control, scheduling, and purchasing
  • proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • previous catering software experience preferred
  • must be available to work all event days, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • capacity to stand and walk during the entirety of shift

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
