Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of catering management experience in an arena or other large venue required
- Experience in food preparation, inventory and cost control, scheduling, and purchasing
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous catering software experience preferred
- Must be available to work all event days, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to stand and walk during the entirety of shift
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Partner with clients, guests, and catering team members to deliver exceptional events that exceed expectations
- Oversee all aspects of catering event execution, ensuring quality, service, and adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Coordinate staffing and logistics with operations managers, and maintain accurate event documentation for service effectiveness
- Design customized catering menus in collaboration with clients and culinary leadership while driving repeat and new business opportunities
- Recruit, coach, and manage team members, including hiring, payroll accuracy, and performance reviews to build a high-performing events team
