  • Overseeing drop off catering ensuring on time catering deliveries
  • detailing to execution of high end events
  • managing a team of 5 non-union hourly employees
  • working with our Executive Chef on catering menus
  • vendor relations
  • managing room logistics for events
  • interacting with our clients event negotiations
