Job Duties
- Help develop implement and maintain quality standards for Schlotzskys
- Actively solicit all types of catering business from various potential client sources
- Assist plan organize and coordinate all aspects of events using catering services
- Responsible for overseeing and organizing events including securing catering rentals
- Attend and assist in pre-shift and departmental meetings to communicate event information and needs for events and special occasions throughout the day/night
- Help lead the restaurant team to meet sales and profit goals
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure high quality sanitation standards
- Develop and implement programs to increase revenue
- Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager and Area Director
