Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of hotel sales experience
- At least 1 year of food and beverage experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills
- Experience with hospitality sales CRM systems
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
- 1-year food and beverage experience
- Strong understanding of negotiation and contract interpretation
- Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- Present a professional appearance and confidence
- Ability to communicate effectively with public and other team members
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems
Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning from start to finish
- Serve as liaison between customers and hotel sales team
- Provide direction and supervision during event execution
- Address and resolve event-related issues promptly
- Manage group room blocks and food and beverage logistics
- Oversee use of public meeting spaces
- Handle billing processes related to events
