The Seasonal Event Coordinator role at Delaware North Sportservice offers an exciting opportunity to join this vibrant team at Globe Life Field. This position is seasonal and hourly, with a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour, ideal for individuals passionate about event coordination, hospitality, and food service management. As an Event Coordinator, you will lead the food and beverage team during events, ensuring exceptional service quality for all guests. The role involves managing food orders, coordinating with vendors and catering teams, overseeing event setups, and maintaining seamless communication among staff and clients. Job Duties
- Process food orders, manage RSVP lists, create BEOs, finalize contracts, close out events, and create menu signs
- Select, negotiate with, and coordinate food vendors, catering teams, and decorators
- Oversee venue setups, food service timelines, and breakdown, ensuring adherence to health regulations
- Respond to inquiries, provide event quotes, and resolve problems promptly
- Close out event in catering software, create menu signs, calendar requests for events, work with supervisors, staff, and chefs
- Maintain relationships with clients, staff, kitchen staff, and the Rangers Event Coordinating team
