Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of culinary experience in a catering banquet or similar setting
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation presentation techniques and food safety practices
  • Excellent communication skills and team-focused mindset
  • Physical stamina to stand walk bend and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • Ability to thrive in diverse environments including indoor and outdoor event venues

Job Duties

  • Efficiently unload and set up kitchen or prep areas for each event

  • Perform at live action stations engaging with guests professionally
  • Collaborate with catering team to ensure smooth and efficient event service
  • Break down and clean prep areas post-event leaving the venue spotless and organized
