Job Requirements

Must be TIPS certified
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Must be able to assist with physical tasks such as unloading and setup
Must monitor alcohol consumption responsibly
Good short-term and long-term memory
Excellent communication skills
Ability to remain composed under pressure

Job Qualifications

Good memory for drink orders and recipes
Effective communication skills for guest interaction
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and payments
Friendly and welcoming demeanor
Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
TIPS certification
Previous bartending or banquet experience preferred

Job Duties

Assisting in unloading company vehicle
Setting up the bar area
Keeping inventory of liquor
Pouring beverages
Assisting banquet servers with pouring champagne and wine for seated dinner service
Monitoring the alcohol intake of guests in accordance with company guidelines
Being TIPS certified
Insuring underage guests are not served alcoholic beverages
Handling cash payments for drinks at cash bars
Tearing down the bar
Boxing unused and empty bottles
