Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum five years of catering management experience
- strong leadership and decision-making skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings when needed
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- hands-on approach to training and team development
- valid driver’s license
