Currently, QDOBA is seeking a Catering Delivery Driver to join their restaurant team located in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is hourly, with a pay range of $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. The Delivery Driver position is integral to the customer experience, as the driver represents QDOBA directly when delivering catering orders. The ideal candidate is not only efficient and safety-conscious on the road but also embodies a friendly and hospitable demeanor that enhances the brand's image in the community.

As a Catering Delivery Driver, your responsibilities will extend beyond just delivering food. You will carefully load and arrange catering orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition and fulfill accuracy checks prior to departure. Maintaining accurate delivery logs and obtaining guest signatures on all catering orders are crucial elements of the position to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role may require occasional support as a Team Member within the restaurant, performing duties consistent with QDOBA's service standards when not on delivery runs.

Safety and compliance are paramount in this role. Drivers must have a reliable, clean vehicle with current registration and insurance, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record with no DWIs or DUIs in the last five years. Drivers also must possess an operable personal cell phone to track deliveries via the company’s approved communication methods without compromising safety. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required to handle catering food and beverage items securely.
