Pay for this position ranges from $14.81 to $18.42 per hour, depending on the location and specific position. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and the ability to maintain a clean driving record. This role is essential in representing the QDOBA brand during customer interactions by ensuring timely and safe delivery of catering orders alongside friendly guest service. Delivery drivers may also be called upon to support in-store operations as needed, aligning with the company’s team-oriented approach.

In this position, drivers are responsible for loading and unloading catering products while ensuring everything is arranged appealingly for customers. They must double-check order accuracy before deliveries and maintain precise delivery logs. Operating within safety guidelines, delivery drivers use personal cell phones to track deliveries without compromising safety protocols such as refraining from device use while driving. The job requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and flexibility to work in varied shifts as part of the broader restaurant team.
