The Catering Coordinator role at Corporate Chefs in Portland, Maine, is a full-time, onsite position within the Dining and Events segment. Job Duties

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of catering events from start to finish including logistics setup and teardown
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries customizing orders and ensuring that all event details align with client expectations
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules for catering orders event rentals and any additional materials required
  • Work with the culinary and operations teams to ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time
  • Maintain a master calendar of events and deadlines attending pre-event meetings and communicating event details to all relevant parties
  • Liaise with external vendors to arrange equipment rentals and other necessary services to support successful event execution
  • Provide on-site assistance during events ensuring seamless execution and promptly addressing any last-minute issues
  • Manage catering supplies equipment and materials to ensure sufficient inventory levels for upcoming events
  • Ensure all food and services meet company standards for quality presentation and customer satisfaction
