Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year's experience in casual restaurant industry
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Servsafe License preferred or able to obtain State-approved license
  • Available Monday-Friday 9-3 pm with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, or weekends
  • Reliable personal transportation with valid license and insurance
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Maintain well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
  • Capability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and outwardly friendly attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Capable of handling physical demands of the job

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year's experience in casual restaurant industry
  • Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Servsafe License preferred or able to obtain State-approved license
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and goal development
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
  • Able to withstand physical demands of restaurant work
  • Positive and friendly attitude toward guests

Job Duties

  • Execute catering operations with confidence and professionalism
  • Manage all aspects of catering from sales to event execution
  • Retain clients and generate new business
  • Maintain company catering systems
  • Develop and train team members
  • Work closely with General Manager and MMC for seamless service
  • Serve as a brand ambassador inside and outside the restaurant
