Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain a state-approved license and maintain it per state mandates
  • Availability Monday to Friday 9 am to 3 pm with flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and evenings
  • Reliable personal transportation, valid license, and insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and goal development
  • Maintain well-groomed appearance and uniform compliance
  • Ability to work under pressure with organization and urgency
  • Display positive and friendly attitude toward guests
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Qualifications
