Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
High school diploma or GED preferred
Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain a state-approved license and maintain it per state mandates
Availability Monday to Friday 9 am to 3 pm with flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and evenings
Reliable personal transportation, valid license, and insurance
Ability to pass a background check
Strong knowledge of team leadership and goal development
Maintain well-groomed appearance and uniform compliance
Ability to work under pressure with organization and urgency
Display positive and friendly attitude toward guests
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Qualifications
