Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or ability to obtain a state-approved license and maintain it per state mandates
- Availability Monday to Friday 9 am to 3 pm with flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and evenings
- Reliable personal transportation, valid license, and insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and goal development
- Maintain well-groomed appearance and uniform compliance
- Ability to work under pressure with organization and urgency
- Display positive and friendly attitude toward guests
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
