Job Duties
- Coordinate logistics for catering events including setup and knockdown
- Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports
- Assist in daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact for events, catering reservations, and bookings
- Attend work and arrive on time with satisfactory regularity
- Resolve on-site problems effectively during events
- Perform other duties as assigned based on client requirements and business necessities
