Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in the casual restaurant industry
- Experience in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Servsafe license preferred or able to obtain and maintain per state mandates
- Available Monday-Friday 9-3 pm with flexibility for early mornings or weekends/evenings
- Reliable personal transportation, valid license, insurance, and background check clearance
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and goal development
- Maintain well-groomed appearance and uniform standards
- Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced environments
- Positive and friendly attitude towards all guests
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Execute catering operations with professionalism and confidence
- Manage all aspects of catering including sales, client retention, and event execution
- Serve as a brand ambassador inside and outside the restaurant
- Maintain company catering systems
- Develop and train team members
- Collaborate with General Manager and MMC to ensure seamless catering service
- Build lasting customer relationships and generate new business
