The Catering Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Workplace Experience Group by supporting the planning and successful execution of catering events. This position involves seamless communication and coordination among culinary, operations, and client teams to ensure each event and catering experience maintains a high standard of hospitality. The Catering Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of catering orders including intake, scheduling, and ensuring timely delivery with exceptional service. As the primary point of contact for clients, this role demands excellent communication and customer service skills to address client needs and resolve concerns professionally.
Key duties further include maintaining updated catering systems, assisting with event setup, service, and breakdown, monitoring timelines to adhere to deadlines, and supporting billing and invoicing related to catering events. The Catering Coordinator also ensures compliance with company policies and food safety standards, reinforcing Aramark's commitment to quality and safety at every event.
This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or event coordination who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong organizational and time management skills. Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of catering orders including intake scheduling and execution
