Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in catering hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in microsoft office and catering event management systems
  • flexible schedule including availability for early mornings and evenings

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in catering hospitality or event coordination preferred

  • experience in corporate dining or high-volume catering environments is a plus
  • strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams
  • bilingual english/spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all aspects of catering orders including intake scheduling and execution
  • serve as a primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and exceptional service
  • collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery
  • maintain and update catering systems including event details guest counts and special requests
  • assist with event setup service and breakdown as needed
  • monitor catering timelines to ensure deadlines are met and service standards are upheld
  • support billing invoicing and reconciliation of catering events
  • address and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • ensure compliance with company policies food safety standards and client expectations
