This position is for a Catering Coordinator at McAlister's Deli, a vital role responsible for managing the catering operations that support both business growth and customer satisfaction. The Catering Coordinator will operate as a brand ambassador who represents McAlister's both inside the restaurant and within the community. Duties include overseeing sales, client retention, event execution, and outreach efforts. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a polished, outgoing personality capable of building lasting relationships with customers and team members. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with management to ensure seamless service and uphold McAlister's high standards of quality and hospitality.
