Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in catering, events, or hospitality operations
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in MS Office
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- must obtain or possess Indiana Liquor License and ServSafe certifications
- cash handling experience required
- ability to supervise food court and front-of-house operations
Job Qualifications
- Experience in catering, events, or hospitality operations including restaurants, hotels, or similar environments
- skilled multitasker with sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- experience with reserve systems is a plus
- ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends
- must have or willing to obtain an Indiana Liquor License, ServSafe Alcohol and Food Handling License
- must have cash handling experience
- capable of supervising front-of-house as needed
Job Duties
- Input and maintain all event data including inquiries, holds, and confirmed bookings
- create detailed function sheets, captain packets, signage, floorplans, and buffet menus
- assist with walk-throughs, tastings, and on-site event coordination
- assist with event setup
- prepare proposals and staffing requests for upcoming events
- food court supervision when needed
- distribute event orders to designated departments
- coordinate internal communications to ensure all departments are aligned
- provide outstanding service and communication to clients throughout their event journey
- perform additional duties as assigned to support the catering and restaurant teams
