Job Duties

  • Coordinate catering events from initial inquiry through successful execution
  • Communicate with clients to understand event needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with food and beverage and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Utilize event management software to organize event details
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of events as necessary
