We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook (Cocinero) to directly support our Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Assistant Room Chef. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily operations of our kitchen by ensuring that all kitchen equipment is maintained in optimal condition and that cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards are meticulously upheld. The role involves hands-on involvement in various cooking techniques including frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming a variety of meats, fish, eggs, and vegetables. You will be responsible for maintaining the cold food supplies, keeping your work area clean, and supporting the chefs in delivering outstanding culinary creations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant kitchen and be able to demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail. This position is vital to maintaining the rhythm and flow of kitchen operations and ensuring that the quality and presentation of the dishes meet our exacting standards. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Support Executive Chef and assistant chefs in food preparation

  • stock and manage cold food supplies
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • assist in carving and plating dishes
