Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous kitchen experience
Availability to work the last week of every month from 6am to 2:30pm
Ability to send a resume for consideration
Must be able to work in person
Understanding of job schedule and commitment to last week monthly work

Proven experience as a chef or cook
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to handle high-pressure kitchen environments

Job Duties

Prepare meals according to catering schedules and menus
Ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

Manage kitchen inventory and report shortages
Assist in setup and breakdown of kitchen equipment
