Catering Chef

Spokane Club is seeking a talented and experienced Catering Chef to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a proven track record in catering services. The Catering Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing high-quality meals for various events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. This role involves working closely with the catering sales team and clients to create customized menus, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining inventory and budget controls. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, work well under pressure, and be committed to delivering exceptional service to clients. This position will also support the 1910 Restaurant and Deli kitchens at Spokane Club.
