The Chef position at Live Nation offers a unique opportunity to be part of this vibrant ecosystem, supporting the culinary needs across various regional venues particularly within Northern California. This role demands a culinary professional responsible for preparing diverse dishes including main courses, desserts, appetizers, and snacks. The Chef will ensure all meals are cooked timely with appealing presentation and maintain strict hygiene standards by checking food freshness and discarding outdated items. Creativity is highly encouraged through experimenting with recipes and suggesting innovative ingredients to enhance the dining experience. Operational responsibilities include studying recipes closely, gathering necessary ingredients, and creating preparation lists to streamline kitchen activities.
This position requires not only culinary expertise but also excellent time management, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and adaptability to fast-paced environments. It involves managing kitchen opening and closing duties and may entail travel across various event venues within the Northern California region, making it a dynamic and regional role. Employment type is hourly with competitive pay ranging from $19.20 to $24.00 USD based on factors like location, qualifications, and experience.
