Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to commute to Lansdowne, PA
  • Willingness to be trained on driving a box truck
  • Proven experience as a chef in catering or event settings
  • Strong culinary skills

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to Lansdowne, PA
  • Comfortable with driving a box truck (training provided, no CDL required)
  • Proven experience as a chef in catering, banquet, or event settings
  • Strong culinary skills with creativity in menu development

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects

Job Duties

  • Work in our kitchen during the week as a prep cook at our headquarters in Lansdowne, PA
  • Work 1-2 events over the weekend as a head chef at our venues
  • Drive a box truck to our venues after training
  • Prepare and cook food using established recipes and techniques
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment adhering to food safety protocols
  • Offer mentorship and training to junior team members
  • Collaborate with event planners for event logistics and execute pre-planned event menus
  • Adapt swiftly to last-minute changes during events
  • Clean up stations, break down equipment, and return the truck to Lansdowne between midnight and 1 am
