Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant culinary experience
  • Serve Safe Food Handler certification
  • Able to lift 30 pounds frequently
  • Able to stand or walk for 8-12 hours
  • Submit to a background check
  • Hold a valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and late nights

Job Duties

  • Take direction for all day-to-day kitchen operations from the Hub Chef
  • Perform and complete all assigned kitchen tasks without constant supervision
  • Meet and/or exceed established food preparation standards consistently
  • Practice good cooking fundamentals, follow recipes precisely, and present food excellently
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
  • Maintain proper grooming and hygiene standards
  • Participate in weekly meetings with Hub Chef and team to address operational concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of all service areas and report maintenance needs
  • Report equipment needing maintenance
  • Follow all safety procedures for kitchen and food service
  • Alert Hub Chef to any food waste
  • Perform additional duties as requested by management
