Job Duties

  • Coordinate and supervise catering service staff to ensure smooth and efficient event execution
  • Set up and break down catering stations, ensuring all equipment and supplies are prepared and maintained
  • Greet guests professionally, address their needs, and provide excellent customer service throughout the event
  • Monitor food presentation, quality, and safety standards in accordance with health regulations
  • Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand specific requirements and customize service accordingly
  • Manage timing and logistics to ensure timely delivery and service of food and beverages
  • Handle any on-site issues promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the catering area before, during, and after events
