We specialize in seamlessly integrating admissions, culinary services, and retail operations, creating a unified and innovative guest experience that emphasizes human connection. Our commitment to people, innovation, and operational intelligence forms the foundation of what we call 452 Hospitality, a service ethos centered on crafting special moments with lasting impact. At SSA Group, we empower our partners to remain mission-focused while we expertly handle the dynamics of hospitality, enabling the cultivation of enriched community engagement and memorable visitor experiences.
SSA Group is currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join us as Catering Bartenders on a part-time and seasonal basis. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences in hospitality settings tied to cultural venues and special events. Reporting to Catering Supervisors and Catering Operations Managers, Catering Bartenders are pivotal in executing the company’s hospitality mission while ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of bar services during events. This position offers both the chance to interact closely with guests and clients and to apply industry knowledge in bartending and guest service, while upholding company standards and safety protocols.
In the role of Catering Bartender, you will be responsible for maintaining product quality and inventory, managing the setup, execution, breakdown, and cleaning of bar areas, and promptly addressing guest requests and complaints to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, you will embody the inclusive and supportive culture promoted by SSA Group, contributing to a workplace free of barriers and rich in opportunity for personal and professional growth. The role also requires physical stamina to perform manual labor including setup and teardown of event equipment, and a commitment to sustainability and community engagement aligned with SSA’s values.
SSA Group fosters an environment of diversity and inclusion, championing equal opportunity hiring practices and building a team that reflects various backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. The Catering Bartender position is well-suited for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and a flexible approach to work schedules. With access to benefits like on-demand pay, overtime eligibility, employee meal plans, and a 401(k) program with a company match, this part-time role offers valuable employment experiences within a supportive and dynamic hospitality company. Join SSA Group to be a part of a team dedicated not only to outstanding service but also to meaningful community impact and professional development.
