The Catering Coordinator position within the Food & Beverage Department reports to the Food & Beverage Manager and is located at Sames Auto Arena. This role supports catering operations by performing a variety of tasks related to event preparation, setup, service, and cleanup. Key responsibilities include maintaining and organizing catering equipment, ensuring proper signage display, setting up tables with chairs and necessary tableware, maintaining cleanliness, serving events professionally, and breaking down catering areas after events. The role demands a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, and customer service excellence to ensure an exceptional experience for all guests. This full-time supporting position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary, reflecting the dynamic nature of live event catering.
