Job Requirements

prior catering and bartending background in a high-volume catering setting
catering set-ups and breakdowns experience is required
able to work full-time or part-time schedules including weekends and on-call shifts
must be available to work from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
able to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
reliable and punctual
able to perform physical tasks associated with event setup and breakdown

Job Qualifications

valid driver's license may be required
must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit
must possess or be able to obtain an alcohol server's permit where required by state law

Job Duties

assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations
log and maintain food temperatures
arrange tables and decorations
arrange buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards
serve food and beverages to guests
thoroughly clean location after event is completed
return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility
