Reporting directly to the Director of Catering & Special Events and the Assistant Director, the manager will work collaboratively with various departments including Food & Beverage, Banquet, and Culinary teams to ensure seamless and memorable events. This individual is the ambassador of DAC's event services, responsible for meticulously planning and coordinating meetings, banquets, and private or corporate events, ensuring every detail aligns with the club's high service standards.

Further duties include the management of event calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts, conducting pre-event meetings, preparing and presenting catering reports, and nurturing ongoing client relationships with thoughtful post-event follow-ups. - Experience in food and beverage service industry

Job Qualifications
