Job Requirements

  • 4-year college degree preferred but not required
  • 4 or more years experience in luxury full-service environment preferred
  • positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work well in team environment
  • ability to stay calm and focused during busy times
  • proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • ability to meet physical demands including working indoors and outdoors, standing and walking for long periods, lifting items over 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years in banquet operations
  • minimum of 2 years experience in high-end club, hotel, or resort
  • at least 1 year leadership service role experience
  • knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards
  • strong leadership and staff training skills
  • ability to manage budgets and P&L
  • professional communication skills in English
  • excellent training and interpersonal skills
  • detail-oriented with ability to maintain clean work environment

Job Duties

  • Coordinate marketing efforts to members about banquet and event services
  • participate in member onboarding and orientations
  • proactively book private events to meet financial goals
  • collaborate with Member Services and Events departments to co-produce food and beverage experiences
  • source vendors and create operating manuals and marketing collateral
  • manage inventory and ordering
  • build and maintain relationships with strategic partners
  • oversee invoice management and plan event timelines
  • manage staff and ensure adherence to service standards
  • oversee event setup and breakdown
  • collaborate with culinary and F&B teams for flawless execution
  • communicate pricing and manage billing accurately
  • provide weekly progress updates
  • share member feedback to improve services
