Job Requirements
- 4-year college degree preferred but not required
- 4 or more years experience in luxury full-service environment preferred
- positive attitude and professional demeanor
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work well in team environment
- ability to stay calm and focused during busy times
- proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
- ability to meet physical demands including working indoors and outdoors, standing and walking for long periods, lifting items over 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years in banquet operations
- minimum of 2 years experience in high-end club, hotel, or resort
- at least 1 year leadership service role experience
- knowledge of HACCP and local food safety standards
- strong leadership and staff training skills
- ability to manage budgets and P&L
- professional communication skills in English
- excellent training and interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented with ability to maintain clean work environment

Job Duties
- Coordinate marketing efforts to members about banquet and event services
- participate in member onboarding and orientations
- proactively book private events to meet financial goals
- collaborate with Member Services and Events departments to co-produce food and beverage experiences
- source vendors and create operating manuals and marketing collateral
- manage inventory and ordering
- build and maintain relationships with strategic partners
- oversee invoice management and plan event timelines
- manage staff and ensure adherence to service standards
- oversee event setup and breakdown
- collaborate with culinary and F&B teams for flawless execution
- communicate pricing and manage billing accurately
- provide weekly progress updates
- share member feedback to improve services
