Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year hotel sales related experience at manager level
  • knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
  • relevant degree in business development or related field
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • flexibility to work varying hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • One year hotel sales related experience at manager level
  • knowledge of hotel property management systems such as Delphi.fdc
  • degree in business development or related field, CMP or CPCE certification preferred
  • strong communication and negotiation skills
  • proven ability to maintain client relationships
  • proficiency in event planning and hospitality standards

Job Duties

  • Negotiate business through proposals and contracts to close business
  • creatively design menus and event experiences to maximize revenue
  • maintain relationships with corporate and social accounts
  • coordinate event documentation and logistics with Sales, hotel departments, and customers
  • serve as primary contact for event planners during events
  • upsell services and enhancements to maximize event revenue
  • facilitate communication and problem-solving throughout event phases
