Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Catering and Events Manager to contribute to the creation and delivery of top-notch catering and event experiences. This role involves 10% leadership and 90% client-based functions, maintaining high standards and member satisfaction. The responsibilities range from creating a positive work environment to coordinating event logistics and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • minimum 3 years of luxury hotel experience in Catering and Conference Services
  • knowledge of F&B products and banquet setups
  • ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
  • proficiency in Microsoft tools and Title 26 policies
  • excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • flexibility to work nights and weekends in a dynamic environment.
