The role available at Cascadia Pizza Co. is that of a Catering Events Manager, a key leadership position responsible for managing booked catering events that include weddings, corporate functions, and community gatherings. The Catering Events Manager oversees multiple facets of event logistics such as inventory management, setup and teardown of event spaces, and maintaining smooth on-site service flow throughout the event.

Planning tools and checklists are employed to streamline event execution, while weekly meetings with drivers and other team members help coordinate seamless operations. The Catering Events Manager also plays a vital role in client relations, confirming event details, coordinating logistics based on client needs, and handling final payments in accordance with company procedures. This position is commission-based and demands flexibility, including working nights and weekends during peak seasons from June to September. Job Qualifications

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work nights/weekends during peak season (June-Sept)

Job Duties
