Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of culinary leadership or supervisory experience
- proficiency with inventory and scheduling software
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to manage and lead diverse teams
- strong communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- capacity to handle high-pressure event environments

Job Duties
- Manage daily kitchen operations including opening and closing tasks
- oversee food preparation ensuring quality and adherence to recipes
- maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness
- lead staff training on food safety and sanitation protocols
- conduct inspections to ensure compliance with health standards
- mentor and develop culinary and utility teams
- collaborate with management on budgeting, inventory, and waste management
- support menu development and recipe execution
- assist in coordinating events across locations to optimize guest satisfaction
