Job Duties
- Own the complete client relationship including booking contract negotiation and final billing
- Act as the primary lead for assigned events ensuring seamless execution and providing immediate expert problem-solving
- Develop sophisticated proposals tailored to client needs while maintaining operational feasibility and high standards
- Maintain meticulous records within our CRM and ensure all client correspondence is professional timely and brand-aligned
- Conduct comprehensive site tours demonstrating a deep understanding of venue capabilities and logistics
