The role of the Caterer/Driver Team Member is critical in upholding the company’s mission to provide a memorable and exceptional catering experience that surpasses guest expectations. This non-exempt position starts at minimum wage plus tips, offering an opportunity for team members to earn based on their performance and dedication. The individual in this role will be integral to the success of both the immediate team and the overall guest experience. Among their key responsibilities, the Caterer/Driver Team Member collaborates closely with management and fellow team members to maintain a positive, service-oriented atmosphere. They must demonstrate high integrity, enthusiasm, and a natural ability to engage with people, delivering hospitality at a high standard.

Furthermore, the role entails working independently while adhering strictly to company standards, safety regulations, and health department requirements—especially critical when handling food and navigating transportation duties. The candidate will perform duties with respect to road safety rules when operating vehicles, and is expected to participate in team meetings contributing suggestions to improve service outcomes. Job Requirements

is at least 19 years of age
able to communicate clearly
speaks and reads english
able to work unsupervised
must be confident and an excellent problem-solver in a variety of situations
must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
any lifting over 35 pounds requires team lifting
can work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours, outdoors and occasionally in extreme weather
hears with 100 percent accuracy with correction
sees 20/20 with correction
has or obtains california food handler and responsible beverage service certification before commencing work
certification must be maintained throughout employment
has an exemplary driving record if driving for us, including participating in the dmv pull records program
able to drive company vehicles, as well as has reliable personal vehicle covered by liability insurance with limits as determined by company policy
