Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, business, or related field preferred
- five years of experience preferred including three years management responsibility
- expertise in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred
- strong relationship management skills
- analytical thinking
- financial acumen
- valid driver's license required
- ability to travel up to 30 percent
- capable of sitting for long periods
- ability to operate computer keyboard and mouse
- able to view computer monitor
- able to hear and speak via telephone
- able to reach forward or overhead
- occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Supports national and regional strategic direction
- responsible for local assortment and planogram execution
- owns frontline pricing decisions with promotional guidance
- manages vendor operations and local relationships
- executes planograms and resets including third-party coordination
- provides actionable operational reporting including out of stock and sales reports
- selects and negotiates with local vendors
- develops promotional concepts and overlay programs
- fosters positive relationships across teams
- supports pilot and testing initiatives
- forecasts sales and establishes quotas
- maintains records of item costs and gross margins
- manages vendor relations and resolves concerns
- recommends product and policy changes
- prepares annual category reviews and budgets
- allocates program costs and prepares risk reports
- attends professional development workshops
