The role is primarily office-based, underscoring Argo Group’s commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, which enhances team cohesion and client service. The salary range for this position is competitive, between $111,400 and $144,600, depending on experience and location, and includes eligibility for performance bonuses as stipulated by the company’s incentive plans.
